Core Values
In order to create excellence, we believe, you must first establish a strong foundation on which to build. This foundation is the set of CORE VALUES which define the character of a company and the principles on which it stands. As employees, the entire workforce must approach their responsibilities with those Core Values as their ideal for behavior and performance.
Awards Vs Rewards
Most Incentive Programs reward employees when they attain a strictly mapped out goal. "If you do this, we will reward you with that." And as far as it goes, it can be an effective motivator. However, the BRAVO Award strives to achieve something more. With BRAVO, we are trying to change employee behavior for the better. BRAVO is rewarded to employees for Exemplary Behavior as recognition by their peers, and/or managers, They are rewarded a BRAVO for an action that goes beyond what is expected of them as a condition on employment.

Most Awards & Incentive Programs “reward” employees when they attain a strictly “mapped out” goal. "If you do this, we will reward you with that", and as far as it goes, this approach can be an effective motivator, however when the award is dropped so is the motivation and profitable behavior.
