Core Values
In order to create excellence, we
believe, you must first establish a strong foundation on which
to build. This foundation is the set of CORE VALUES which define
the character of a company and the principles on which it
stands. As employees, the entire workforce must approach their
responsibilities with those Core Values as their ideal for
behavior and performance.

Awards Vs Rewards
Most Incentive Programs reward employees
when they attain a strictly mapped out goal. "If you do this, we
will reward you with that." And as far as it goes, it can be an
effective motivator. However, the BRAVO Award strives to achieve
something more. With BRAVO, we are trying to change employee
behavior for the better. BRAVO is rewarded to employees for
Exemplary Behavior as recognition by their peers, and/or
managers, They are rewarded a BRAVO for an action that goes
beyond what is expected of them as a condition on employment.
The BRAVO Approach
-
Establish a forum to clearly
articulate company goals and expectations
-
Elevate employee Commitment and
Morale while integrating the
company’s Core Values and safety regulations
-

in confronting challenges

-

Gestures
These are the
fundamental components of effective human communication. They
can be as simple as a handshake or a pat on the back for a job
well
done, BRAVO Awards use these gestures to acknowledge outstanding
behavior exhibited by an employee above and beyond that which
is explicitly required from their position within the company.
It is behavior that is worthy of imitation.
